Selby Garden Centre in pictures
WH Flooring & Tiling carried out the flooring for the new 1000m2-plus extension at Selby Garden Centre in early 2020, including full subfloor preparation and over 700m2 of LVT across the restaurant and sales areas.
The brief
A large retail-and-restaurant extension needing durable, attractive finishes over a properly prepared, moisture-tested subfloor.
Our approach
Full subfloor preparation with a liquid-applied DPM and levelling screed following a moisture test, then over 700m2 of LVT in brick-bonded tile-effect, herringbone wood-effect and bespoke Karndean Heritage Lansdown, with sheet safety vinyl and coved skirtings to the kitchen, servery and back of house.
The outcome
A warm, hard-wearing floor across the new restaurant and sales areas, with practical, hygienic finishes behind the scenes.
