A complete, coordinated flooring package to hotel standard across a large new-build, from bedrooms to the commercial kitchen.
Our approach
Bespoke Brinton's carpet to 184 bedrooms and communal areas on traditional felt underlay and gripper, Havwoods timber on acoustic underlay to bedroom dressing areas, safety sheet vinyl to the commercial kitchen and back of house, and bespoke carpet on a Durafit rubber-crumb underlay to the function room, corridors and customer staircase, with stair nosings and coved vinyl skirtings to wet areas.

A warm, high-quality finish throughout the hotel, with hard-wearing, hygienic floors where the operation demands it.
