Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at 20%. You can switch the display to prices without VAT, but the amount you pay always includes VAT. Flooring is sold in whole boxes, and the coverage of each box is shown before you add it to your basket.

• Payment is taken online by card or a supported wallet through Stripe, our payment provider.
• We never see or store your full card details.
• Delivery charges are shown and included in the total before you pay.

Your order

Your order is accepted when your payment is confirmed and we send you an order confirmation email. Stock is held for your order from that point. If we find we cannot supply something you have paid for, we will tell you and refund you in full.

• Keep your order reference; we will ask for it if you contact us.
• Some products are clearance or end-of-line stock in limited quantities. Shades can vary between production batches, so order enough for the whole area in one order.

Collection from Bradford

Collection from our depot at Unit 6 Brownroyd Business Park, 9 Duncombe Street, Bradford BD8 9AJ is free. Collection hours are Mon–Thu 07:30–17:00, Fri 07:30–14:30, Sat–Sun closed.

• Bring your order reference when you collect.

Delivery

Delivery is priced for your postcode and the boxes in your basket before you pay. We tell you when your order is on its way. Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and can be affected by the carrier.

• Please check your boxes when they arrive and tell us straight away if anything is damaged or missing.
• The delivery address cannot be changed after payment; contact us if you need help.

Your rights

If you are buying as a consumer, you have the right to cancel most online orders and the right to goods that are as described and of satisfactory quality under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
