Measure the space, then order whole boxes with the calculation shown.
The shop can work from room dimensions or a known floor area and keeps the coverage, wastage and box result visible before anything is added to the basket.
Start with the room or floor area
Enter the room width and length in metres or feet, or enter a known area in square metres or square feet. Check every room separately when the spaces are different shapes.
- Measure the longest width and length.
- Keep alcoves and separate spaces in the calculation.
- Review the converted area before continuing.
The result is always whole boxes
Flooring is supplied in complete boxes. The calculator rounds up to the next whole box and shows the total coverage that quantity provides.
- A 10% wastage allowance is selected by default.
- The allowance can be removed before the calculation is saved.
- Available physical stock remains the final ordering limit.
Review coverage and price together
The basket keeps the measurement, box quantity, coverage and VAT totals together so they can be checked again before fulfilment and payment.
- Changing the number of boxes updates coverage and totals.
- Stock is shown as a simple availability message.
- Only products with a confirmed price and available stock can be ordered online.
